(一) 餐廳

餐廳是...戰場(抄人的)
















以下是抄自"Tender at the Bone: Growing Up at the Table" - Ruth Reichl

"Do you know what a resturant is?" he asked.
"A place where people pay to eat?"
"A war zone," he replied. "Never forget that. They(the ppl working in kitchen)," he pointed to the kitchen door,"are on one side. These people(customers)," sweeping the dining room with his arms, "are on the other." He paused, started staring at me and said, "Us(waiters/waitresses)? We're nothing but go-betweens. The kitchen never forgets the enemy, but you do your job right and the customer gets out the door without even knowing he's been at war."
